Lee County Woman Sentenced to 12 Years for Drug Distribution
Jonesville, VA – On July 17, Amanda Shuler was sentenced to 12 years in prison by the Lee County Circuit Court for distributing methamphetamine and fentanyl between July and September 2024. She will also face indefinite supervised probation after her release.
The case was a joint effort by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the Southwest Virginia Drug Task Force, and the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. Commonwealth’s Attorney H. Fuller Cridlin commended agents Kelly Harvel and Chris Dillman, as well as Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney Don Williams, for their work on the case.E
