THE LEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE MAY REPORT FOR 2025:
Total calls received by the Lee County Dispatch Office: 3,342.
Total Calls received that Deputies responded to 940.
There were 391 calls Dispatched to the Fire Warden, Conservation Officer, VDOT, Juvenile Services, Department of Social Services, Animal Control, Virginia State Police, and the Towns of Jonesville and Pennington Gap Police Departments.
There were 223 Rescue Squad calls dispatched.
There were 57 Fire Department Calls dispatched.
Deputies escorted 6 funerals.
Deputies unlocked 49 vehicles for the citizens of Lee County.
Deputies served 109 Felony and Misdemeanor Warrants, 92 Subpoenas, 23 Show Cause Summons and 428 Civil Papers for the three Lee County Courts.
Deputies served 30 Protective Orders. Deputies processed 63 people on 109 charges.
Lee County Sheriff’s Office executed 11 Search Warrants.
Lee County Deputies traveled 55,829 miles, with 3,499 miles on transports.
Deputies transported 0 juveniles, 0 mental health patient and 7 prisoners from other jurisdictions.
