NEW TOWN ORDINANCE – Effective July 1st Pennington Gap has passed a new Leash & Tethering Ordinance to protect the health and safety of animals in our community.
You can no longer tie up (tether) your dog and leave it unattended. Animals must have plenty of space, clean water, and must be supervised when tied. Violations may result in a Class 3 misdemeanor.
